Ellen Degeneres is one of the few television hosts to have invited Justin Bieber when he was relatively unknown and was just starting to find his way in Hollywood. But his guest appearance with Ellen and Oprah and a few others served as gateway to make him a sensation teenage pop star he never hoped he would be.
